How great that you are planning to use Pink Gellac in your salon! In order to be considered for a Pink Gellac PRO business account, you must meet the following conditions :

• You have verifiable proof of a completed education/course focused on manicure application, or are in the process of completing it.
• You are professionally active in the field of nail care and manicure application: With your own nail salon, as an independent nail stylist, or in a related profession.
• You pay tax on the income derived from this profession.
• You have a CoC registered business in the field of beauty and nail care. Other types of or inactive companies are not permitted.
• Private use is not permitted.
• Reselling of our products is not permitted.
• Purchasing a Pink Gellac product for someone else is not permitted.
• Sharing a business account with third parties is not permitted.
• The invoice and delivery address must be the same as the address registered with the Chamber of Commerce.
• When you stop your professional activities, you have to deactivate your PRO-account. You will inform us of this actively.

Upon detection or suspicion of fraud, violation of the rules or improper use, immediate action will be taken. Your account will be suspended indefinitely. Re-registration for a PRO-account is not possible then.
